Shipping policy

Sumatilal Chunilal Saraf has appointed reputed courier services for delivery of products through Shiprocket. We ensure that we take all the steps to deliver online purchased product at your mentioned address within 7 business days from the date of purchase. We will initiate the shipping process within 48 hours of the order being placed. However, we shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers.

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, Please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not good in condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuses to take delivery of the package: Otherwise it shall be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.

We ensure that your selected product will be sealed after checking the intactness of the outer packaging of the shipment. also, we cover the all risk of transit by insurance of the same. We will deliver the product through the reputed shipment agencies listed on Shiprocket. We advise not to accept products that are tampered with.
